Chilton is a small village within the Vale of White Horse area of Oxfordshire and lies on the edge of the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The Parish Council is the lowest tier of local government and represents the views and concerns of  residents to the       District and County Councils.
